Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Lead UX Designer for a client in the specialty food industry. You will act as UX Lead on a program that runs from kickoff through launch and hypercare, owning user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.

The role centers in the Discovery, Definition and Design phases, with a small senior core team. You will collaborate with the Experience Lead, Product Manager, and Technical Architect to align UX decisions with product and delivery

Qualifications

7-8+ years of UX design experience.
Experience defining user journeys and journey mapping, using tools such as FigJam or Miro.
Experience designing information architecture.
Experience producing wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Experience planning and running usability tests and applying the findings to the design.
Experience acting as UX lead or owning UX direction on a project as an individual contributor.
Ability to work in a small, senior team alongside product, architecture and delivery management roles.

Responsibilities

Define user journeys for the program during the Discovery and Definition phases.
Structure the information architecture of the solution.
Produce wireframes that translate journeys and structure into screen-level design.
Build prototypes in Figma to validate design decisions before they move forward.
Plan and run usability testing, and apply the findings to the design.
Work with the Experience Lead, Product Manager, Technical Architect and Program/Scrum Manager to keep UX decisions aligned with product, architecture and delivery.
