Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Lead UX Designer for a client in the specialty food industry. You will act as UX Lead on a program that runs from kickoff through launch and hypercare, owning user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.

The role centers in the Discovery, Definition and Design phases, with a small senior core team. You will collaborate with the Experience Lead, Product Manager, and Technical Architect to align UX decisions with product and delivery

Qualifikationen

• 7-8+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience defining user journeys and journey mapping, using tools such as FigJam or Miro.
• Experience designing information architecture.
• Experience producing wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Experience planning and running usability tests and applying the findings to the design.
• Experience acting as UX lead or owning UX direction on a project as an individual contributor.
• Ability to work in a small, senior team alongside product, architecture and delivery management roles.

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Lead UX Designer for a client in the specialty food industry, to act as UX Lead on a program that runs from kickoff through launch and hypercare. You will work as an individual contributor and own user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping and usability testing, with most of the work concentrated in the Discovery, Definition and Design phases.

The role is part of the specialist experience layer that ramps in and out of a small, senior core team depending on phase.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience building complex prototypes in Axure.
• Experience running card sorting and tree testing with Optimal Workshop.
• Experience running usability tests with platforms such as Maze, UserTesting, Lookback or UsabilityHub.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in Scrum delivery.
