Job summary

Acepoint is seeking a seasoned UX Designer in Mexico to own end-to-end customer journeys and deliver high-fidelity prototypes. You will research product impact, and translate insights into practical designs for cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years in interactive/visual design, and deep proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Expect collaboration with global teams and a focus on shipping compelling user experiences.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration.
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups.
• Ability to scope and estimate efforts and prioritize tasks independently.
• History of impacting shipped products through design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the product area and underlying technology.
• Provide human and business impact insights for products.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes.
• Communicate UX results clearly to design and cross-functional teams.
