The LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Sr. Payroll Advisor to establish a sustainable, high-performing payroll function for the Americas. You will build reliable payroll operations, ensure compliance and partner with HR Ops, T&A, Finance and Global Mobility to deliver accurate payroll processing for US company codes.

The role requires U.S. payroll experience, advanced Excel, and bilingual communication. You will drive process improvements, design business rules with vendors, and help

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or accountability.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS.
• Strong U.S. Payroll experience required; LATAM payroll with compliance exposure acceptable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fully bilingual.

Responsabilidades

• Support consistent, timely and reliable payroll processes for US Company Codes.
• Build a payroll department environment with a focus on quality and learning.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, T&A, Finance and Global Mobility to ensure data flow.
• Design business rules and test with Development Team and Payroll Vendor.
• Plan and manage multiple payroll projects across the Americas and test phases.
• Drive process improvements and standardize practices across Americas.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to resolve issues.
• Increase controls and quality in payroll processes.
