The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Advisor to help establish a sustainable payroll function for the Americas, including U.S. payroll exposure. You will collaborate with HR ops, finance and global mobility to ensure data integrity, compliance and timely payroll delivery.

Applicants should bring LATAM or U.S. payroll experience, advanced Excel, and a mindset of continuous improvement and partnership. The role offers growth in a dynamic, playful culture at LEGO.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll, labor relations, or HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday and KRONOS.
• Strong U.S. payroll knowledge or LATAM payroll with learning ability for U.S. requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support consistent, timely and reliable payroll processes and ensure compliance.
• Help establish a payroll department for the Americas with a strong working culture.
• Collaborate with partners to implement global payroll processes.
• Design business rules and perform testing with development teams and vendors.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in payroll operations.
