Corning leads a global payroll function seeking a Hire To Retire Payroll Lead to oversee North America payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and timely sign-offs. You will partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and regulators to drive excellence and digital transformation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll with leadership experience, strong US payroll knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. This role is on-site in Monterrey, with a focus on scalable, compliant processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll experience with supervision experience.
• Knowledge of US payroll regulations and timekeeping practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end North America payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve complex payroll issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.
• Champion payroll policy adherence and process discipline.
• Develop and coach team members, ensuring coverage and segregation of duties.
• Drive digital transformation and scalable payroll solutions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and regulators.
