Placements24 is assisting a leading FMCG company in Mérida, Yucatán to hire an experienced Trade Marketing Manager. The role drives in-store visibility, promotions, and shopper engagement across Mérida and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in trade marketing or brand management within FMCG, strong analytics, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years in trade marketing, brand management or sales with FMCG focus in Mérida, Yucatán.
• Proven track record in trade marketing programs that drive sales/market share.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and shopper marketing.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team.
• Spanish proficiency; English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to support brand objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales to identify key retail opportunities and tailor initiatives.
• Design and execute in-store promotions, merchandising programs, and POS materials.
• Analyze trade spend effectiveness and optimize budget allocation for ROI.
• Monitor competitor trade activities and market trends for advantages.
• Manage relationships with retail partners ensuring strong plan execution.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations to internal teams and partners.
• Track and report campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency and optimal product visibility across retail touchpoints.
