Amazon in Mexico City seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the re-envisioning of Devices Detail Pages, owning end-to-end strategy and delivery across engineering, product, design, and business teams for Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and Fire Tablets.

Formación

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with software development methodologies and engineering systems.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Program Strategy & Delivery: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for Detail Pages initiatives — from scoping and requirements through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Drive alignment across multiple agile engineering, design, and product teams to manage dependencies, prioritize work, and deliver on the roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross‑org dependencies; develop mitigation plans and elevate when needed.
• Process Excellence: Establish and improve program management mechanisms, reporting cadences, and delivery processes that scale with the team.
• Metrics & Impact: Define success metrics and KPIs for programs, track progress, and ensure measurable customer and business impact.
