Full Circle Agency is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Key Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of established client accounts remotely. You will lead client relationships, strategy, portfolio growth, retention, and commercial performance, guiding a team of Shop Managers.

This is a strategic role focused on high‑level decisions and executive engagement. You will collaborate with founders and executives, drive upsells across ads and creator programs, and shape growth across markets, while balancing

Formación

4–6+ years in e‑commerce account management or agency client services.
At least two years of hands‑on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.
Experience managing multiple clients in an agency/services setting.
At least one year of people management with two+ direct reports.
Proven track record in client retention, expansion revenue, GMV, or portfolio performance.

Responsabilidades

Own 4–6 client portfolios and lead strategic account plans.
Lead weekly/biweekly calls, monthly reviews, and executive‑level QBRs.
Build account plans covering growth targets, risks, and initiatives.
Manage escalations, renewals, and scope changes with clients.
Identify and drive upsell opportunities across ads, creator programs, and services.
Directly manage and coach 2–4 TikTok Shop Managers.
Turn data into actionable recommendations for GMV, ROAS, and profitability.
Own monthly performance reports and QBR presentations.
