Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Language skills: read, analyze, interpret general business materials and present information.
• Mathematical skills: probability, statistics, geometry, trigonometry; fractions and ratios in practical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Process Technicians.
• Coach technicians in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify factors and implement improvements.
• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Provide training to production testing staff.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and company security procedures.
