Jabil is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer III in Mexico to design, implement, and optimize test hardware, software, and procedures for electronic circuit board manufacturing. You will lead testing activities across ICT, FVT, ESS, and System-Level environments and mentor Test Engineers and Technicians.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Keysight ICT platforms (i3070), and excellent English communication for interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering within manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience with Keysight ICT platforms, specifically i3070.
• Experience with ICT, Functional Test, ESS, and System-Level Test methodologies.
• Proven customer-facing technical communication experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and personnel management.
• Knowledge of test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain test hardware, software, and procedures for electronic circuit board manufacturing.
• Lead and support test engineering activities across ICT, Functional Test (FVT), ESS, and System-Level Test environments.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to Test Engineers and Technicians.
• Drive test process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure successful product launches.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers, providing clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure optimal tester performance and uptime.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
