Amphenol Spectra-Strip division seeks an experienced engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering teams. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure product performance in the field.

You will provide on-site and remote support, perform configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver demonstrations to educate customers on capabilities and best practices. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME/Mechatronics or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical role such as application engineering or technical support.
• Strong technical proficiency in electronics, interconnects, cabling or precision manufacturing.
• Advanced English for daily interaction with U.S.-based customers and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering and manufacturing.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Review materials and procedures to ensure high-quality, functional products.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including guides and workflows.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects through successful implementation.
