Ericsson in Mexico City seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead end-to-end telecommunications deployment and construction projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role demands strong customer-facing capabilities, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in telecommunications deployment, construction, or network operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale deployment projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder relationship management.
• Knowledge of project planning, workforce and financial management, and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end deployment and construction activities.
• Serve as primary customer-facing operational lead for projects/sites.
• Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers and customers to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive performance across schedule, quality, budget and operations.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Oversee planning, site readiness, construction, supplier performance, rollout.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and OHS requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Support continuous improvement and KPI-driven excellence.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
