Systlabs in Mexico City is seeking an experienced software application support specialist to assist users via phone, email, and remote access.

You will manage and resolve cases in Salesforce, document issues and solutions promptly, and escalate when necessary to ensure rapid resolution in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5+ years in a similar position and technical exposure in the Security Surveillance industry, including SQL, networking concepts, and Windows OS proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar software application support role.
• Technical experience in Security Surveillance industry, including SQL and distributed web applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent knowledge of network concepts and Windows operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional software application support via phone, email, and remote access using third-party tools.
• Manage and resolve cases using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Accurately document issues and solutions promptly.
• Escalate and seek assistance when necessary.
