Hilti is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Mexico City to drive technical excellence on large-scale construction projects. You will shape engineering solutions, coordinate Technical Engineers, and serve as the main technical partner for clients across LatAm.

Requirements include a degree in Structural Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in design, installations, and piping systems, with strong English and leadership potential.

Formación

• Degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in design, installations, and piping systems.
• Strong ability to communicate with internal teams and external clients.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope and develop technical solutions in collaboration with CPMs, ensuring strong value propositions backed by engineering studies.
• Coordinate and guide Technical Engineers across projects, optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, presenting trade-offs and tailored solutions.
• Drive project execution by validating designs, testing solutions, and managing technical subtasks from approval to implementation.
• Act as the key interface between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery.
