Hilti Latin America seeks a Technical Engineer based in Mexico City to deliver engineering solutions aligned with Hilti’s portfolio. You will work on global projects, perform structural calculations, and create the design core inputs for modelers.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and PMO teams to ensure adherence to Hilti standards and contribute to project success. The role emphasizes independent decision-making, growth, and knowledge sharing, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalente in field
• Experience in consulting/engineering firms is preferred
• Ability to perform hand calculations (internal forces, reactions, stress diagrams)
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Piping applications, anchoring on concrete
• Proficiency with structural engineering software
• Advanced English required for global projects

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for own scope of work with high quality and on-time delivery
• Perform structural calculations for complex designs (DE in PMO Core & Complex; E&I Supports, MEP Supports, Cables Support, Ceiling Grids)
• Create the design core inputs for modelers based on internal requirements
• Collaborate with Engineers and PMO/Market stakeholders to ensure Hilti standards
• Follow guidelines (Click‑Up workflow) during execution
• Propose diverse solutions and defend your viewpoints
• Build strong relationships with VE team and regional counterparts
• Focus on growth and continuous development (functional and professional)
