Job summary

Google Operations Center seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the development and delivery of internal tools and applications. You will collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution.

You will mentor Frontend Developers, align design with technical feasibility, and drive cross-functional WebOps initiatives while maintaining high reliability and performance across deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical project management with multiple dev models (agile, scrum, waterfall).
• 8+ years people management with performance management.
• Strong experience in planning, scheduling, risk & resource management, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable web applications and internal tools.
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Google teams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to translate design into feasible, accessible solutions.
• Coordinate frontend, design, QA, and analytics workflows to ensure high quality delivery.
• Oversee QA/test strategies, drive test automation, and CI/CD adoption.
• Monitor telemetry and analytics to inform product maintenance and improvements.
