Google Operations Center (GOC) seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee internal tool development. You’ll lead frontend teams, align design with engineering, and coordinate across Google’s internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, accessible web applications.

You will mentor engineers, shape test strategies, and drive CI/CD adoption while leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical project management, with multiple dev models.
• 8+ years people management with performance oversight.
• Strong experience in SDLC and cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and mentorship for frontend teams.
• Coordinate with product management and stakeholders to align scope and timelines.
• Oversee design-to-development alignment with UI/UX designers.
• Bridge Frontend, Design, QA, Analytics to deliver high-performing web apps.
• Lead QA and test strategy, support CI/CD pipeline reliability.
• Use data analytics to drive telemetry and KPI-driven optimizations.
