The role emphasizes UE5 mastery, real-time lighting, and tool-driven workflows, with mentorship for visual designers and UI artists, while ensuring scalable art pipelines across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Artist or similar role.
• Expert Unreal Engine 5 experience, including Material Editor and Niagara.
• Strong real-time lighting, post-process, and mood shaping skills.
• Proven ability to deliver refined UI hover states and motion details.
• Excellent collaboration with designers and UI artists; fluent English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing tech art solutions using UE5 and UI systems.
• Develop visual patterns for motion, FX, UI transitions, and camera work.
• Define scalable tech art templates and tooling guidelines.
• Mentor visual designers and UI artists on best practices.
• Balance fidelity and performance across multiple platforms.
