Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, and executive roles for Latin America. The role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence at least 3 days per week.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, drive candidate pipelines, and benchmark salaries while ensuring compliance and data integrity in Workday ATS across multiple countries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Regional sourcing across Latin American markets.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• On-site work at least 3 days per week in Mexico City.
• Experience recruiting in Telecommunications, IT, High-Tech Manufacturing, or Software Engineering.
• Proficient with Workday ATS for recruitment workflows and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and executive roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy and monitor KPIs like Time to Fill.
• Represent Motorola Solutions at industry events and campus recruitment drives.
• Build regional talent pipelines for current and future needs.
