Mexicali RTX Corporation seeks a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1st shift (remote) to lead full recruitment lifecycle across aerospace programs. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires 5+ years in recruiting, advanced English, and experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Smart Recruiters. The position is remote with occasional travel to Mexicali plant.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years in recruiting or HR roles.
• Experience managing recruiting systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters.

Aufgaben

• Act as SME in the hiring process and liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Proactively develop strategic relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
• Review resumes and applications to create a short list for the hiring manager.
• Screen applicants for technical competence, background and fit.
• Make employment recommendations based on interview data and records.
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process.
• Establish cadence reviews with hiring managers to fill the position.
• Work remotely while within driving distance of Mexicali plant with travel to site as needed.
