Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1st shift (Remote) in Mexicali. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent for a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

You will work remotely within driving distance of the Mexicali Avionics plant and may travel to the site as needed. A strong background in high-volume recruiting and data‑driven processes is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR systems experience.
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in the hiring process, liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring high-quality experience.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for the hiring manager.
• Interview and screen applicants for technical competence and fit.
• Make employment recommendations based on interview data and records.
