Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, advise the business on talent strategy, and drive sourcing to hire qualified candidates. You will partner with the HR group to ensure compliant and efficient processes across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, stakeholder management, and the use of ATS/CRM tools to improve candidate experience and time-to-fill in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or Associate degree and 5+ years, or High School Diploma and 7+ years.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Business, Humanities, HR, Psychology; 5+ years TA in technology; 2+ years in global matrixed org; experience with ATS, labor relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, metrics, program mgmt, process improvements, and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Leverages TA programs, policies, processes and compliance factors to source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer and disposition candidates.
• Pulls reports for data-based engagement discussions and communicates requisition-level hiring status to hiring managers.
• Collaborates with partners inside and outside the team to attract top talent and align with business objectives.
• Applies understanding of sourcing platforms, ATS and CRM to build a network and hire for multiple workstreams.
