Novartis is seeking a front-line recruiter to lead high-volume hiring efforts. You will be the primary contact for candidates, guiding them from initial contact through offers, and ensuring a smooth, fast, human experience.

You will collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to translate needs into high-quality execution across units. You will conduct first-round RS interviews for levels 5 and below, coordinate screening and shortlisting, and support senior hiring when needed, all while

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years' recruiting experience in Mexico and USA markets, ideally in high volume healthcare recruitment.
• Strong candidate communication, screening, and shortlisting skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience with standardized, tech-enabled processes and a commitment to data quality and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates and guide them from first interaction through offer.
• Conduct first-round interviews for high-volume roles in partnership with RBP.
• Execute core recruiting activities: screening, shortlisting, communication, and interview coordination.
• Support RBPs on senior or complex hiring with shortlist validation and applicant management.
• Keep Workday fully updated and follow RS-defined processes, standards, and timelines.
• Provide insights to improve the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
