Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a sustaining engineer to analyze and validate existing designs, gaining expert knowledge of functionality and performance. You will interact with senior professionals and lead process improvements using formal engineering methods.

You will diagnose issues across design, field performance, and manufacturing test yields, implement corrective actions, and drive engineering changes through ECO and related processes, while guiding junior staff and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Five years of electronics experience.
Familiar with ISO systems and Six Sigma methodologies.
Electrical safety training or willingness to complete.

Responsabilidades

Review existing production designs to become expert in functionality and performance.
Diagnose design, field, reliability, and test yield issues and implement corrective actions.
Follow ECO, Copy Exact, and Product Development processes.
Identify limitations and opportunities for product/ process improvements.
Lead engineering changes through the ECO process.
Plan and manage engineering activities using project tools.
Provide direction to junior engineers and technicians.
Design and analyze derivative products to meet specs, cost, schedule and quality goals.
Analyze manufacturing data to monitor performance.
