Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 3 years of experience in failure analysis or repair of electronic assemblies, preferably in power electronics.
• Desirable: Experience in manufacturing or test environment in electronics industry.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed failure analysis on electronic assemblies including SMT and through-hole technologies.
• Diagnose failures in power supplies and power control circuits using standard test equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting activities.
• Identify root cause of defects and provide clear, data-driven feedback to engineering and quality teams.
• Execute functional testing and verification after repair or corrective actions.
• Document analysis results in formal reports, including failure mode, root cause, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action processes (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, test engineering, and quality.
• Assist in development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and work instructions.
