Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Monterrey, MX. You will oversee end-to-end planning for finished goods, sub-assemblies and raw materials, balancing MPS, MRP, and DRP with capacity and customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional planning, mitigate supply risks, and optimize inventory and service levels in a dynamic healthcare supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for Finished Goods, Sub-assemblies, and Raw Materials.
• Own MPS, MRP, and DRP to balance service, inventory, and capacity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Monitor plans, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain material supply plans to support production.
• Drive scenario planning and optimization across the network.
