Vertiv is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Process Enablement – Supply Chain to provide expert support for end-to-end supply chain processes. You will triage issues, guide process adoption of global templates, and act as a dedicated super user for end-to-end processes.

The role covers multiple Oracle EBS modules (ONT, PR/PO, ADV QP, MFG, MGT, OTL, BILL, HRMS) and requires strong English communication and analytical skills. Collaboration with Enablement and ERP teams is essential, with travel up to 10%.

Formación

• 2-4 years in Oracle EBS functional support or business process enablement.
• Experience handling module-specific user queries and functional triage.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS module workflows in field services or aftermarket services.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to document business requirements for ERP delivery teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS supply chain modules (ONT, PR/PO, ADV QP, MFG, MGT, OTL, BILL, HRMS).
• Proficiency in process mapping, transaction flows, and exception handling.

Responsabilidades

• Supports supply chain Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Shipping, Sourcing & Purchasing, Quoting & Pricing, Project Manufacturing, Project Management, Time & Labor, Billing, and HRMS.
• Owns resolution of module-specific issues from triage through escalation.
• Documents business requirements and assesses impacts related to service processes.
• Provides updates on solution design, fixes, and resolved tickets.
• Interfaces with supply chain functions, Enablement Lead, and Training & Knowledge Coordinator.
• Escalates unresolved issues to ERP Second Level Support.
• Performs structured functional triage before ticket creation and basic root-cause categorization.
• Handles module-specific user queries and functional triage across key modules.
• Advises on recurring issues and knowledge gaps within service modules.
• Reduces avoidable tickets with clear guidance and hands-on support.
• Engages with Oracle EBS, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and process mapping methodologies.
