Popeyes Mexico is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to help scale the local supply chain. You will localize approved products and packaging, coordinate with suppliers and distributors, monitor service and cost performance, and assist franchisees with practical, reliable solutions.

This role is based in Mexico City with a 5-day on-site schedule, requiring fluent Spanish and strong English, and experience in a fast-moving consumer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or Operations.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, demand planning, logistics, or analytics.
• Experience in QSR, foodservice, or high-volume consumer business preferred.
• Strong Excel capability and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Fluent Spanish and professional working English; occasional travel within Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, localization, and supplier management for local partners and distributors.
• Coordinate product localization projects per Popeyes standards and local realities.
• Track supplier performance, lead times, costs, and quality; perform corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain demand forecasts, inventory positions, and distribution performance.
• Provide cross-functional support to franchisees and internal teams for readiness of new openings.
