Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Supplier Development Lead to drive containment, recovery, and capability building across global suppliers. The role is remote with travel up to 50% to supplier sites, coordinating with operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and 5+ years of experience in supplier development or related fields, with strong English proficiency and a track record in Lean/CI methods and RCCA investigations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed - minimum of 50% of time
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Containment & Recovery: Lead internal and supplier containment actions, RCCA investigations, and KPI monitoring.
• Supplier Development & Capability Building: Identify sites, conduct supplier assessments, align with roadmaps and maturation models.
• Transition Management & Leadership: Lead supplier transitions, ensure smooth handover and sustainment after transitions.
