Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high-value optical disc/games client relationships.

You will serve as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth production workflows, timely communication, and exceptional service from production through distribution. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in account management or customer service, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office 365 and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in customer service or account management.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM.
• Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain client relationships across accounts.
• Oversee orders, timelines, and production to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Interpret contracts, rate cards, and SLAs.
• Monitor production timelines and communicate status.
• Identify upsell opportunities and service enhancements.
• Manage forecasts and billing information.
