Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

• Develop deployment strategies that respond to shifting demand and project timelines.
• Analyze workforce data, staffing models, and resource availability to inform allocation decisions.

• Advise leaders on staffing risks, capacity constraints, and redeployment options using data-driven insights.
• Lead planning discussions with stakeholders to confirm talent requirements.
• Create reporting views that track workforce movement and deployment outcomes.
• Drive process improvements that strengthen staffing workflows and operational excellence.
• Coach team members on resource management and day-to-day deployment execution.
• Monitor staffing requests and resolve scheduling challenges.
