Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

As a Staffing and Deployment Senior Manager you will lead talent deployment efforts within our talent and development practice, shaping how the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time. As a Senior Manager you will advise on staffing strategy, guide teams through complex requests, use sound judgment when priorities shift, and coach others through open, direct conversations that support team performance and operational excellence.

In this role at PwC, you will oversee staffing processes, coordinate across stakeholders, and apply your knowledge of workforce planning to help align talent with business needs. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
