Texas Instruments in Mexico is seeking a senior Process/Equipment Engineer specializing in Switched Reluctance Machine (SRM) integration and test handler setup. You will lead the SRM test handler integration, define procedures, and optimize manufacturing test capabilities across power electronics and motor control lines.

You will own the end-to-end SRM test process, partner with yield and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics, DOE, and robust documentation.

Formación

• Experience leading SRM test handler integration.
• Strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and test processes.
• Ability to develop test procedures and specifications for SRM testing.
• Proven capability with data analytics to drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize SRM test handler setups for integration testing.
• Develop comprehensive SRM performance validation procedures (torque, speed, efficiency, thermal).
• Configure and calibrate test equipment (dynos, analyzers, scopes, data acquisition).
• Establish baselines, metrics, and acceptance criteria for SRM handlers.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across motor control, power electronics, and fixtures.
• Define and document SRM wafer fabrication and integration test processes.
• Use DOE and statistical methods to improve testing throughput and yield.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams on improvements.
