Robert Bosch Group in Mexico seeks a Mechatronics/Electronics Engineer to implement, maintain and improve the Vision SMT Manufacturing Process (SPI, AOI & X‑RAY) and ensure equipment availability across shifts. You will develop process instructions and train technicians, driving TPM activities and continuous improvement.

You will lead new product introduction, APQP planning, PFMEA and Control Plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on process definition, validation and installation in

• Define, acquire, transfer, accept, validate and install production processes and equipment per Bosch standards.
• Fulfill APQP planning: EWAK runs, Pre-PV’s PV, and SOP.
• Participate with MFE on projects and new releases.
• Define test coverage for Vision Process (SPI, AOI & X-RAY).
• Define TPM activities, schedule and training.

Responsabilidades
