Robert Bosch Group in Mexico is seeking a results-driven specialist to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment reliability across shifts. You will define and validate production equipment, introduce new products, and train technicians to uphold maintenance plans including preventive, predictive, and corrective actions.

Candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, English proficiency, and willingness to travel within a global context.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in an engineering field related to the process.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process.
• Ensure technical availability of equipment across all shifts.
• Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.
• New product introduction: equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment.
• Develop process instructions, write training material for technicians, and maintenance plans: Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective.
