Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Buyer to manage advanced purchasing activities for Direct materials and selected Indirect spend. You will align with Category Management, drive cost savings, evaluate suppliers, and lead negotiations across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in procurement, strong stakeholder collaboration, and experience with SAP. Role requires on-site work with travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years in procurement including strategy development and contract negotiation.
• MBA is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Make/Buy decisions, competitive bids, or engineering changes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance and scorecards.
• Coordinate with Product Business Unit and stakeholders to align spend with sourcing strategy.
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
