Thomson Reuters' CoCounsel Legal team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and operate the Customer Files Orchestration Service, handling millions of customer files from upload through indexing.

You will own end-to-end orchestration, ensure reliability in production, and mentor peers while partnering with storage, extraction, indexing, and front-end teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years building production software with ownership of major components.
• Extensive AWS and production Python experience on a service, including code and infra.
• Experience with concurrency, GIL, asyncio, and avoiding common pitfalls.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end orchestration for the Customer Files service across design, build, test, and operate.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems to reduce recurring failures.
• Collaborate across storage, extraction, indexing, connectors, and front-end teams.
