RELX PLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions across platforms. You will mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and drive innovation using modern frameworks and AI-assisted tools.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, expertise in microservices, containers, and AWS, plus experience with CI/CD and observability tools. Hybrid work model offered in Mexico City and globally.

Formación

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React).
• Deep experience with microservices, containers, and cloud architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions across cloud-native architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Lead complex bug fixes and ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and promote coding standards, reviews, and CI/CD processes.
