Elsevier Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications that power global healthcare solutions. You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and drive innovation across distributed systems and AI-assisted tooling.

You will work across AWS-based microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with product managers and architects to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React).

Responsabilidades

• Interface with team to refine requirements for complex software solutions.
• Write and review specifications for development of system components.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and services.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers and stakeholders.
