Capgemini México busca un líder frontend con sólida experiencia en arquitectura de front-end para diseñar sistemas SPA y microfrontends.

Definirá estándares, elegirá frameworks y optimizará rendimiento, asegurando accesibilidad y compatibilidad multiplataforma; colaborará estrechamente con UX/UI y equipos de desarrollo para entregar soluciones escalables.

Formación

• 5+ años en desarrollo frontend y 2+ años en arquitectura.
• Experiencia con marcos modernos (React, Angular, Vue).
• Conocimiento de microfrontend
• Experiencia con SSR (Next.js, Nuxt, etc.) y HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript.
• Conocimiento de herramientas: Webpack, Vite, Babel.
• Accesibilidad (WCAG) y consumo de APIs REST/GraphQL.

Responsabilidades

• Definir la arquitectura frontend (SPA, microfrontends, SSR).
• Establecer estándares de desarrollo (componentización, diseño responsivo, accesibilidad).
• Seleccionar frameworks y librerías (React, Angular, Vue).
• Diseñar sistemas de diseño y optimizar rendimiento (Core Web Vitals).
• Colaborar con UX/UI para coherencia visual y usabilidad.
• Implementar estrategias de testing (unit, end-to-end, visual).
• Asegurar compatibilidad entre navegadores y dispositivos.
• Definir estrategias de despliegue (frontend CI/CD).

Your role

• Define the frontend architecture (SPA, microfrontends, SSR, etc.)
• Establish development standards (componentization, responsive design, accessibility)
• Select frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Design design systems
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, caching)
• Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure visual consistency and usability
• Implement testing strategies (unit, end-to-end, visual testing)
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Define deployment strategies (frontend CI/CD)

Your profile

• 5+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in architecture
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture
• Experience with SSR (Next.js, Nuxt, etc.)Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/Text-to-Screen
• Experience with tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs
