Safran in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive delivery of IT initiatives in an Agile environment. You will support Product Owners, coordinate planning-to-implementation, and ensure requirements are translated into actionable user stories managed in Azure DevOps.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering IT projects or managing projects.
- Proven experience managing IT projects within Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlogs, and estimates.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management and project tracking.
Responsabilidades
- Support Product Owners in defining and validating business requirements.
- Coordinate project delivery from planning through implementation.
- Translate requirements into complete user stories and manage in Azure DevOps.
- Monitor project progress, risks, delivery KPIs, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and company standards.
- Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
