The Senor Software Commissioning Manager is primarily responsible for leading the Monterrey based software commissioning team. This team executes software test plans in support of Dematic software solutions at customer sites.

• Leads and develops a team of high performing engineering professionals.
• Maintain safety & compliance standards and communication to ensure team safety.
• Drive ability for team to respond to dynamic project staffing requests.
• Drives problem-solving efforts for project, team, and process performance.
• Coaches team continually through team meetings and one-on-one sessions, as well as annual reviews and performance evaluations.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key business stakeholders – working cross-functionally with other disciplines.
• Completes monthly talent forecasting, using established tools to ensure direct utilization meets goals.
• Ensuring team is adhering to required quality gates and processes.
• Establishes cadence of talent need reviews with HR Business Partners to ensure appropriate staffing for all associated projects. Justifies additional staffing needs.
• Collaborates with Global Mobility to proactively schedule and address global mobility visa renewals for uninterrupted project execution.
• Champions continuous improvement in support improved project deployments and commissioning to achieve improved customer satisfaction, successful completion of project deployment and commissioning, and project financial performance.
• Participates in internal and customer meetings, virtually or in person, as needed.
• Develops team by ensuring career path goals are established and reviewed regularly.
• Occasional travel to project sites and/or Dematic offices (10% – 30% potential).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation and ability to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to work individually and under minimal supervision to include a mixture of both remote and office environments leading distributed workforce.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence preferred
• Microsoft Applications Experience required, including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Distribution, Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience a plus
