Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy or a related role.
• Experience developing organic growth and community-building strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating AI into strategic workflows.
• Background in Marketing or Communications.
• Experience working with creators and their content.
• Fashion/beauty background preferred.
• Certifications or training in social media tools are a plus.
