SPD Technology is seeking a Senior Silicon Physical Design Engineer to join a team delivering custom silicon solutions for direct-to-consumer products. You will design chips, subsystems, and partitions from synthesis through place and route, aligning with architecture goals of power, performance, and area and collaborating across design, DFT, and packaging engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of SoC experience.
• Experience with clock/voltage domain crossing, DFT, and low power designs.
• Experience in high-performance, high-frequency designs.

Responsabilidades

• Design chips, chip-subsystems, or partitions from synthesis through place and route.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug failures or performance shortfalls and meet program goals in lab or simulation.
• Develop, validate, and improve EDA methodology for specialized sign-off or implementation domain.
