Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Data Analytics Platform Architect to build foundational data infrastructure, ingest data from distributed systems, and support enterprise digital transformation. This role combines technical depth with collaboration across data engineering, infrastructure, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IaC, Data Platform, AWS experience and delivering BI/analytics solutions.
• 7+ years IT industry experience.
• 5+ years Python and Shell scripting.
• 5+ years Snowflake implementation, administration, optimization.
• Experience with AWS IAM, S3, KMS, CloudFormation, EKS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time analytics solutions with scalable platforms.
• Collaborate with architects to align solutions with technology direction.
• Monitor health and performance of the analytics platform.
• Build data pipelines and analytics models for actionable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage incidents and optimize costs.
