AgileEngine in Playas de Rosarito, BCN, mx is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to design data pipelines and analytical models that drive business intelligence for media and entertainment projects.

You will collaborate with product and analytics teams, leverage Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Python, and SQL to deliver scalable solutions, and help evolve governance and AI-assisted tooling within fast-paced environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering in production.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills with strong dbt Cloud experience.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, GitHub, and VS Code.
• Ability to operate in a lightweight process environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Build data pipelines and analytical models to support BI and decision-making.
• Translate business use cases into data models using dbt and SQL.
• Develop scalable pipelines with Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, VS Code, and Python.
• Document project work and move tribal knowledge into dbt catalogs.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data.
