AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into data transformations using dbt and SQL. You will build and maintain pipelines in Snowflake, dbt Cloud, and Python, collaborating with product teams and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data.

The role emphasizes rapid prioritization in a dynamic, business-facing environment, with opportunities to leverage AI tools and contribute to modernization of analytics workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering in production environments.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with transformation pipelines using dbt Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake and development tools (GitHub, VS Code).
• Ability to thrive in a lightweight process environment and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines within project teams for business-facing verticals.
• Translate business use cases into data models with dbt and SQL, aggregating revenue and performance data.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, VS Code, and Python.
• Document project knowledge and move it into dbt catalogs for governance.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data.
