Job summary

7250 inVentiv Health Clinical Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Site Contract Specialist to lead CTA negotiations and site budget discussions for the Sponsor-Dedicated program across Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. You will manage contract lifecycle and partner with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, budget development, and knowledge of ICH-GCP; prior CRO or sponsor-dedicated experience is preferred. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience managing CTAs, amendments, and budgets.
• Strong CTA drafting, contract templates, and fallback language knowledge.
• Experience maintaining negotiation status in sponsor trial trackers.
• Excellent understanding of ICH-GCP and trial start-up processes.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers with accurate information for transparency.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters before escalation.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on active negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and activation timelines.
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions.
• Prepare and finalize documents for studies-start up.
