Information Technologies Consultant Home S.A. De C.V. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions in a Monterrey-based hybrid setting.

Lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript proficiency, with a strong focus on configuration, customization, and integration work within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
